Recorded this with my Iphone, nothing special, just noodling slowly to hear the sound of the amp. drive.google.com/open?id=0B8frOsx5QyCWNVJydzhKanRsdWcA few months back I got myself a Carr Sportsman. I've played around with it a little, but for the most part haven't had a lot of time. So I decided to take some time out and play it a little. The volume was around TV Volume. One could easily talk over it. Kids are playing in the back ground. Chain was a Fender Baja Tele straight into the Sportsman set with light breakup. I through some Frisellisms in there for fun.

Wonderful playing - I'm jealous! Thank you for your kind words. My noodling needs a lot of help. lol It's a really nice amp. I'm enjoying the tones it offers. It's like a mix between a Princeton and a Deluxe, but better. The big thing for me is how quiet it is. Princeton Reverbs can get noisy real quick. Even when the volume is high and the reverb is cranked there is no hiss or white noise. The construction is amazing. I'll try and do another recording of it set up very clean. Wish I was able to do a proper recording, but the IPhone is what I Got at the moment.

Just listening to it again - want to pinch some of those Frisell licks. Weirdly - I watched a video of John Etheridge shredding today and he finished off with a lick Frisell plays on Resistor. I wonder if they both took it from Coltrane or someone like that...

By the way, I LOVE the sound and I also love the background noise. To me, that kind of thing can make a recording special, unique of-its-time-in-your-life.
